Get shipping label PDF

GET 
/partner/label/:orderId

Generates a shipping label PDF and returns a pre-signed download URL (valid for 1 hour). Only works on orders with status matched.

The PDF contains the buyer's full name, address and phone number, and the URL is a bearer credential for it — anyone holding the link can download the label until it expires. Do not log it, paste it into a ticket, or share it with a third party. Fetch the PDF, use it for the shipment, and do not retain buyer personal data beyond your own fulfilment and legal needs.

Label type is determined automatically:

  • If the warehouse has not received the item → generates a ship-in label (seller → SASOM warehouse)
  • If the warehouse has received and confirmed shipping → generates a ship-out label (SASOM → buyer)
